Computing,
Windows
So i was working on making a Windows build for OpenTerror. At some point i felt my computer is being slower than usual. I went to check for what’s taking up all the CPU usage.
This was what i found:

You might think: “well maybe you got a weak CPU”… I might think so if i didn’t knew that my processor is E8600 (one of the fastest Intel duo-core from their Exxxx series) running at 4.5GHz.
Take notice that i was running VirtualBox, with a running Ubuntu install in it that i’m using as local web development server, that uses way less CPU time than TortoiseSVN did.

I found this originally on a video discussion forum. But SevenOfNine was able to find this newer version (this is for Windows btw). Tho i gotta say i haven’t tried this version out for myself yet.
- Extract it with 7zip somewhere on your harddrive (e.g.: C:\Legion)
- Copy or move the uncompressed video stream to where Legion is (e.g.: C:\Legion) as movie.avi.
- Copy or move the uncompressed audio stream to where Legion is (e.g.: C:\Legion) as movie.wav.
- Run the .bat file and follow the instructions on screen.
